The St. Louis City Revised Code 8.06.130 (https://www.slpl.lib.mo.us/cco/code/data/t0806.htm) specifies that the License Collector must keep a book of records of all licenses issued, including "the nature of the license, the amount paid, its date, expiration, and to whom issued." The book does not appear to have a digital counterpart, nor are there any accessible search or data portals associated with the License Collector's office.
