The temporal coverage of this dataset begins in April 2015 to correspond with the implementation of new 311 software, and reflects different departments as they were "on-boarded" throughout 2015. Legacy data created prior to the new system is not included in this dataset.
Service requests are submitted via phone call, text/voice message, Twitter or through the City’s 311 website. Each record includes the time, location and type of request made. Personally identifiable information and exact addresses have been omitted.
