Comments

The 2013 Tulsa Mayoral Election was the first election where candidates had to file reports with the Oklahoma Ethics Commission (state-level) rather than the city clerk's office. Reports for council members are also available. It looks like at the change was around 2011.

The reports are viewable by searching for candidate names, positions, and other information. The submissions can be viewed in HTML, or bulk-downloaded as CSV or TSV.

There appears to be limited validation of the data. For example, 918-555-5555 is allowed as an office number, and none@none.com as a contact email.
