I was a little unclear on filling this one out. Technically, "transit" refers to both the schedules, stops, and real-time location data. Metro only currently publishes schedules and stops and is working on opening real-time location data hopefully within the year. I believe real-time location data exists as of late 2013. It would be nice if these two parts of the transit dataset were treated as separate items for inventory purposes.

Terms of use includes the phrase "limited and revocable rights to use, reproduce, and redistribute" - the "revocable" is obviously of concern. That said, Metro provides a lot more clarity than some of the other datasets inventoried, which is commendable.
