At the moment, Metro St. Louis publishes route and schedule data through GTFS but not real-time transit data. They have added real-time data for bus routes on the Trip Planner (https://www.nextstopstl.org/12903/metro-adds-real-time-data-to-trip-planner/) but there isn't an associated API yet.
