Budgets typically posted annually each fall as PDFs after drafting for a brief 'public feedback' period. No existing feedback mechanism is in place, and the budgetary data is only in PDF officially.

A request by the curator of this entry (Carl V. Lewis) for the 2016 and 2017 budgets in a machine-readable format was granted swiftly without the need for filing a FOIA. I have uploaded the budget data to data.world as a CSV and as JSON, following the Fiscal Data Package schema set by the Open Knowledge Foundations.
