Although the website is designed as a search service for individual queries, users can simply click the "Search on Address" button without entering any information, and the website will return every record for San Jose. Most records and documents are viewable online, but some documents require the user to visit City Hall in-person. According to the website, information is updated daily. Since data is provided directly and independently from the city of San Jose, it is very reliable, and hopefully the city can expand on it in the future.
