Shapefile is nice, there's also a table in DBF format, which can be converted to CSV pretty easily by opening the file in open office (or similar) and then 'save as' to csv (or xslx or whatever).

The table doesn't make it easy to find the address of every piece of property (lumped in the same column as the name, in parens). The 'department' field is ambiguous too and probably needs to be joined to another table.
