Bus schedules and time tables are available as well as a plan your trip app. VIA is run by a Board of Trustees not a municipal government. VIA is funded by a one-half cent sales tax levied in San Antonio and seven other incorporated municipalities. In addition, VIA receives one-eighth cent sales tax levied in San Antonio by the Advanced Transportation District.
