The most up to date data is available through the tax assessor's website. This database is hosted by Vision government solutions and reflects ongoing changes made by the assessor's office.

The property tax roll is available by tax year through the open data portal and lists the assessments used to calculate property taxes. 2016 Property taxes will be uploaded later this year. https://data.providenceri.gov/Finance/2015-Property-Tax-Roll/r8g6-9zdt

The 3 year recurring valuations mandated by the state are listed on the open data portal for residential properties and current as of 2013. The 2016 values will be uploaded shortly. https://data.providenceri.gov/Finance/2013-Residential-Assessment/apvu-8y72
