The most up to date data is available through the tax assessor's website. This database is hosted by Vision government solutions and reflects ongoing changes made by the assessor's office. This data is synced to the GIS portal and can be extracted in tabular format.

The property tax roll is available by tax year through the open data portal and lists the assessments used to calculate property taxes. 2016 Property taxes will be uploaded later this year. https://data.providenceri.gov/Finance/2015-Property-Tax-Roll/r8g6-9zdt
