10/21/2015 update: Bulk property sales data has been released dating back to 2012. Files are updated monthly. Property buyer and seller names are not being released yet pending legal review.

Minimal data can be accessed for free online (file date, recording information) and is slightly more accessible through the property assessment website (https://www2.county.allegheny.pa.us/RealEstate/Search.aspx). Users must pay to see actual documentation and searching by address is only possible on the assessment website, not through the main real estate search.
