The data is extremely comprehensive since around 2004. All deeds, mortgages, condominium declarations, sheriff deeds, and other recorded documents are all scanned. Deeds and mortgages are key-entered for the most important fields, including names of buyer and seller, date of transfer, consideration amount, date of recording, address, and other information. The data is currently only available on a subscription basis. The indexed data is available on the web, but is not available as an API.
