Massive fail- no usable data are provided, just an index number and the name of just one party- no APN, no address, nothing of actual use. The county used to provide a search tool online for some of this data and we used to scrape it but they recently stopped providing any useful data online for property transfers, forcing government staff to purchase from title companies.
