All campaign finance data for county candidates and committees are available. Individual reports are available in PDF form and CSV files can be downloaded with either total contributions for each candidate/committee for a specific election year or a breakdown of each finance report for a specific candidate/committee. However there's no bulk option. You can't download every year at once or every detail of each candidate/committee.
