Records of actual (past) municipal spending at a detailed transactional level, for example, at the level of month to month expenditure on specific items (usually this means individual records of spending amounts at a fairly granular level - e.g. $5-50k rather than at the $1m+ level). This data must be used in tandem with the "eCheckbook" dataset (found here: https://controllerdata.lacity.org/checkbook) which has all vendor transactions on a line basis--i.e. which entities received each check. The two datasets are linked through the "Fund," Fiscal Year, Department Name, or Fund Name columns.
