Houston 311 is the City of Houston’s non-emergency service to report troubles and to get answers on City services. All publicly available service requests filed in the LAGAN are included in this dataset. This dataset does not include tickets for BARC (animal-related service requests) as they are filed in the Chameleon system. CSV file format added. All files appear several months old (e.g., last updated in January or February 2016, or May 2016 for CSV file). Comprehensive files are in bulk, though the very large file sizes may hinder analysis.
