The data isn't "open." The JSON feed is accessible by savvy folks, but the company has stated directly to me and another person I know of that the data isn't to be used by anyone but them. I don't know whether this warrants inclusion here, but since it's the only source I or my local Code for America brigade know of, we felt it worth mentioning.
