The raw data is very detailed but only available as a CSV file. The weekly and annual reports are available as PDF, but there is no location data for those. The data is sometimes up to a month old. You can only download 1 month at a time through the web interface, and there is no way to automate this download for historic data with a script (though there is now a "2009-2016 Crime Data File Raw Data (6/30/2016)" file with some greater bulk data).
