Data on campaign finance is maintained at the state level. It is not available in bulk or via API, though one can download somewhat large subsets of the data. There are some errors in the data (for example, addresses are sometimes from state abbreviations that don't exist and contribution dates are at times far into the future or past). Take care when geocoding.
