Regarding "Is the data provided on a timely and up to date basis?"

Arlington's GTFS hasn't been updated since 2013; not being intimately familiar with GTFS, I want to say this is ok, because as long as the routes haven't changed, neither has the GTFS. That being said, I'm not sure how real-time data plays into this. If real-time is included in GTFS then this data is garbage.
