I worked in 2014 on getting the GTFS transit data as accurate as possible with the Municipality of Anchorage over several reviews and revisions and a month long review by Google Engineers. In 2015 the Muni reviewed new route and timetable changes and converted them to GTFS. We now have an Open Data policy
