HTML Data is generally well structured, though one problem is what appears to be multiple "Detail" fields possible per record. Although schema is not externally published, it should be readily available.

There is no way to download the entire data set at once. You can get some of it after a search though. Regardless, this online data set does not include the data required in the description:

Looks good. I am interested in how other cities handle this when most election reporting is usually at the state level as it is in Alaska.
