The most valuable data sets are Transit Route & Stops and Transit Realtime. Both are in machine readable formats (KMZ and KML, respectively). The realtime data is updated every 15 seconds, and the routes and stops are updated twice a month as needed.

It's unclear if the Google Transit FS data is well-maintained. It's meta-data hasn't been updated since 2012, but the data itself was updated in January.

The Transit Maps data set isn't particularly useful. It's just PDFs of route maps.

There is also a dataset regarding the RailRunner, at https://data.cabq.gov/transit/RioMetro/. The metadata says it is beta-only and shouldn't be used, and it isn't listed on the ABQ-Data page.
